Q: I want a logo for my new business... Where do I start?
A: First, review our examples on the design pages. Make sure you like our work before
you proceed. If you think RockStarLogo is for you, then you should start thinking of ideas for your logo. What kind of business
or website are you working with? Who is your target audience? What colors and shapes would represent your message
well? Is there a masscot involved? After you can answer all of these questions and you know what you want, move
on to the Order page. On it you will find a request form which you will fill out. Our artists recieve the request, create
a piece of work that they think you are looking for, and send it to you.
Q: The front page says that I will not be charged until I am 100% satisfied. How
does that work?
A: RockStarLogo.com is unlike any other professional design company for one reason; our 3-Draft
system.The 3-Draft system is simple; after we recieve your initial request for your work, our artists will design
your project using the description you submited. We will E-mail you this first draft, and let you decide for yourself if it's
the right idea.
We all have ideas that seem great, but when put on paper, they aren't so hot. If you aren't satisfied with
the first draft, you have the chance to send your piece of work back to the artist with new/additional notes about any changes
you want made to it. The artist will make the changes, and send you a second draft. Hopefully by this time, your order will
be perfect. However, there is always a chance that you will have thought of something else durring the creation process. You
can again re-send the work with more notes and request a third draft. If by the third draft you are not satisfied with your
order, you will recieve a 50% discount and an additional 3 drafts.
Q: I don't like the idea of paying for something before I recieve it. Do I have
to pay for the logo up-front?
A: This is another area where RockStarLogo.com differs from professional design companies.
The "pro's" will take your money, then design your order, and not give you any chance for revisions! We do not believe
in this system, which is why we incorporate the 3-Draft system. After your second or third draft, when your order is just
as you would like it, we will then bill you. Once the payment is recieved, we will send you the under-marked, full-resolution
final project via E-mail.
If, after the third draft, you are unsatisfied with your order, we will still continue to work with you to
make it perfect, but only charge you half the price! You only pay for what you want here at RockStarLogo.com.
